Includes & Excludes
We recommend that ALL clients obtain travel insurance prior to their safari.
• Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
• Local beverages
• Ground transport to and from East London Airport (King Phalo Airport)
• Services of camp personnel, licensed professional hunters, trackers and skinners.
• Field preparation of trophies
• Government license fees
• Use of hunting vehicles
Wounded / Harvested Animals
Any animal wounded/ hit, and found OR lost, will be deemed as taken. The full fee will apply.
Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required based on the accommodation rate to secure the booking. (Changes to reservations are allowed.)
This deposit guarantees the reservation and will be applied toward the total cost of the hunt.
A full copy of the hunting reservation and cancellation policy is available on request.
Full payment of the balance of the total daily rate for the safari is due upon arrival at camp.
We do accept EFT, cash and all leading credit cards. Please note there may be a slight difference in credit card charges from time of payment to when the transaction takes place due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Credit Cards – A 3.5% surcharge will be levied on all credit card transactions.
